As a musician, performer, and budding entrepreneur Betina has spent most of her life building a strong foundation for her versatile set of creative interests. Her background ranges from stage, dance, fitness, and on-camera instruction to training in guitar, bass, and piano. In both grade school and high school, she was actively engaged in a variety of activities such as choir, jazz band, dance team, plays, and musicals. Throughout the years, she found that nothing fulfilled her spirit more than performing.

Betina currently serves as an independent contractor for a variety of trade shows, events, and commercial modeling campaigns and has been hired as an on-camera talent for a multitude of projects. Between acting as various roles for corporate industrials and web series, she has also shot fashion designers’ lookbooks and magazine fashion editorials. She has appeared in Comcast’s Xfinity App national commercial , ABC Chicago’s Channel 7 News commercial, and Revol Wireless’s Holiday commercial. In the past few years, she booked her first few SAG jobs, as a featured dancer in T-Mobile’s Holiday Commercial and an international commercial campaign for the World Worldlife Fund. She has been featured in Guitar World Magazine, Cooking Light Magazine, numerous music videos and has even shot national print ads for Casio and Kimberly-Clark Professional.

During elementary school, Betina learned guitar and singing while playing in church, and she has also played in rock bands since the age of 15. With her passion for rhythm and dance, she realized how fun it could be playing bass guitar and continued to master her bass. She currently resides as the permanent bass player for Chicago pop/rock powerhouse, Your Villain My Hero. Averaging 2-4 shows per week around the U.S., they have shared the stage with the likes of Rev Run, Devo, fun., Girl Talk and The Offspring.

In addition to performing live in front of countless audiences, Betina spends her extra time honing her skills as a musician and continues to train at different acting studios in Chicago, and you can always find her at the gym. Fitness is one of her many passions, and because of her love for helping and inspiring, she decided to make it profession. A certified ACE professional trainer and group fitness instructor, she has landed a jobs training at Flirty Girl Fitness Chicago & Crosstown Fitness and teaching barre at Barre Bee Fit.
